采访提纲：

1，Since 2001，you have been head of a research group on T cell immunology and since 2004 you have been leading the hepatitis diagnostic laboratory. So we wonder the latest progress of hepatitis virus and T cell responses， and do you think this would have any mean on hepatitis diagnosis? 我们知道从2001年起您就领导着一个T细胞研究小组，2004年起领导肝炎诊断实验室。所以有关肝炎病毒和T细胞应答的最新进展有什么，这些对肝炎的诊断有意义？

2，We know that your main research interest is the immunopathogenesis of HBV， HCV and HDV infections and the development of novel immunomodulatory therapies. There are many people have got HBV infection in China， so do you have any suggestion on how to treat them better by immunotherapies? 我们知道您的主要研究方向是HBV HCV和HDV感染的免疫发病机制和免疫调节治疗的发展，在中国，乙肝的发病率较高，您对这些患者免疫治疗有什么好的建议么？

3，You have been the investigator in several phase I-IV clinical trials on antivirals and immunotherapies in viral hepatitis. So for those patients with HBV re-infection， does interferons achieve the desired effect? 您是多项病毒性肝炎抗病毒治疗和免疫治疗临床试验的观察者，对于再感染的HBV患者，干扰素的免疫治疗是否还能达到预期的疗效？

4，In 2008，you were elected as a Scientific Comittee Member of the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) and nominated to be Vice-Secretary of EASL in January 2009. So as a leader of hepatology organization， how do you think about the 20th APASL meeting the next year in Beijing， and which direction do you want to know mostly?  您2008年被当选为欧洲肝病学会的科学委员会成员，2009年1月又被提名为EASL的副秘书长，站在一个领导者的高度，您对于2010年将要在北京召开的第20届APASL年会有什么期待，您希望在会上了解到哪方面的进展？
